| Mia Finnegan Name: Mia Finnegan Born: Oct 30, 1966
 Height: 5'4"
 Mia Finnegan has fitness
in her blood: her family tree includes two of the pioneers in body building
and fitness training. She is the great granddaughter of Professor Attila,
"The Father of the Physical Culture," who trained Sandow the strongman
in the 1880's. Mia's uncle, Siegmund Klein, was well known for the gyms
he owned in New York and for the many strength and balancing records he
held. He was featured in "Ripley's Believe it or Not" in the 1930's and
invented the Klein bells and "in-klein" bench.
Mia began her own foyer into
the world of fitness at the age of eight as a competitive gymnast in her
hometown of Portsmouth, RI. During her junior high and high school years,
she won numerous local, regional and national titles and was an all-state
gymnast. She attended Springfield College in Massachusetts where she held
school gymnastics records for floor, balance beam and uneven bars, earning
a ranking of sixth nationally during her senior year. She graduated in
1988 with a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in health
fitness and shortly thereafter moved to California with her future husband,
Rich Finnegan, founder of True Fitness, a full-service fitness training
            and nutrition counseling service.
Mia is host of The Health
Network show , "Fitting it in", and appears regularly on ESPN, ESPN2, QVC,
International Shopping Channels and in, among others, Shape, Fit Magazine,

was born on October 4, 1999.
